The Central Middle School Parent Teacher Organization is part of the greater Eden Prairie School District 272 Parent Teacher Organization.  We are a tax exempt, not for profit 501(c)3 organization run entirely by volunteers.  We operate under the governing by-laws of our organization.  A copy of those can be found here.
